Request Guidelines
We understand that many people have very busy lives, however, it is very important that every detail about your project be submitted to us when making a request. "I need a website" or I need a flyer" is not detailed and makes getting you a quote a much more lengthy process. In order to provide you with an accurate quote we will need you to be as descriptive as possible. We need to know as much as we can about your organization, product, or service. By supplying all information in the beginning, you will not only speed up the quote process, but will allow us to begin work much quicker.

When contacting us about:

Web Design
Please be sure to include an estimate of the number of pages you feel that your site will need. How many links/sections do you anticipate needing? Do you have a lot of images to be used around the site? How many? What kind of feel are you looking for (clean and professional, grungy/distressed, childish/kids, sports, bands, etc)? Do you have content already prepared? Do you have a logo? Are you looking for a lot of graphic work? Are there any website designs currently on the web that you would like us to see? Will you need a new domain name or do you currently have a website? Do you have a host or will we be hosting the finished product? (All websites need what is known as a web host--which is basically a server to store your files on--in order to be viewed on the internet). These are all important questions. Please answer as many as you can.

Costs of designing a website can vary drastically. Different styles of websites can be very time consuming. All of our websites are designed from scratch--personally for you and your organization.  We will never use a 'cookie cutter' template for our websites as many companies do. By doing this, they are able to charge you for a 'personalized' website, but use another websites template. Red Lizard Media will also never recycle old designs. When you pay us to give you a web presence, we will give you an indentity of your own. Many times, providing us with your budget can quickly help both sides determine if a deal can be reached. Unfortunately, web design takes a lot of time, which does cost more than $200. However, we recognize the difficulties caused by the current economic situation, and have set up different level packages to fit your needs.

Please be aware that once an agreement has been reached for your project, we require a contract to be signed.

Business Cards
Please include your logo to use for this card. If you do not have one, will we need to create one? Will it include a photo? Do you want a simple card with minimal graphics and text or do you plan on having a lot of information on your card? How many people are you needing business cards for? Full color or black and white? Would you prefer a tall card (vertical) or a typical horizontal card? Many people prefer the typical horizontal style with minimal text and often one, if any, graphic. Please provide us with as detailed of a description as possible. The completed file will be given to you for printing responsibilities.

Brochures, Flyers, etc (Print Materials)
Please explain to us, in detail, what you are looking for. How many panels (if for a brochure)? What organization, service, or product is this for? Is this to promote an event? What color do you want for a base color? Do you have the content prepared? Are there images or graphics that you need included? MySpace Profiles
We here at RLM have recently ventured into MySpace Profile design. We have yet to do a band profile, but if you are interested and willing to give us the opportunity, we will work with you to provide you with a very original profile.
